Our new patient appointments are friendly and relaxed and include an examination. Our Dentist will see you during the examination. They take around 30 minutes, and to start, we shall chat to get your thoughts and feelings about the appearance of your teeth and gums. We will also ask about your medical history, lifestyle and dental health.

Getting to know you better

Our new patient examination will always include a thorough review of your teeth to keep you updated about how we do things here. We will also look at any previous and existing dental work you have had before this to ensure that we have the correct information to proceed. Once the examination is over, we shall discuss the treatment plans that best suit your mouth. Don’t worry; we will also break down any fees and payments before you decide. We will also discuss the many payment options we offer at Springhill, such as Denplan, a monthly payment plan with great benefits. As well as Tabeo Finance, a 0% finance package to help break up your payments to help financially.

Before attending your appointment, you will be asked to complete some forms including a medical history form. Please fill this form in as thoroughly as possible.

New Patient Examination

One of our amazing clinicians will provide your Dental Examination. They will check for cracks, erosion, cavities gum health. They will also be checking your mouth health

4.

Treatment Plan

We shall give you your X-Rays and then discuss with you the next course of action with a treatment plan. You will have ample time to think about your choices.
